Timpview senior Aidan Troutner ran 14:48.8 to capture the boys 5A title, producing the second-fastest time in 3-mile course history at Sugarhouse Park at the Utah UHSAA Cross Country State Championships. Only the 14:42.9 for American Fork's Casey Clinger last year was faster than Troutner's effort.
